La nostra casa vacanze è per non fumatori e adatta a tutte le tipologie di viaggiatori. L’alloggio è dotato di tutti i confort: Wi-fi gratuito, aria condizionata, riscaldamento (utilizzabile dal 15.Ott. – 15.Apr), cassaforte a muro, muri insonorizzati, letto e divano letto per accogliere comodamente da 2 fino a 3 persone.
L’appartamento Milano affitto a breve termine dispone una cucina con piano cottura a induzione, lavastoviglie, frigorifero/freezer e forno a microonde. Piccola dotazione per poter preparare pasti smart (pentole, stoviglie, postate, tovaglia e olio, aceto, sale e pepe). In appartamento sono disponibili prodotti e strumenti per la pulizia. Biancheria da camera e da bagno (accappatoi, ciabatte) e kit di cortesia sono inclusi. Il bagno dell’appartamento è dotato di asciugacapelli.
A disposizione degli ospiti ci sarà anche una macchinetta del caffè con cialde, un bollitore con una piccola selezione di tè e tisane e un tostapane con kit di marmellate e toast per una colazione veloce. TV a schermo piatto presenti sia in camera da letto che in sala con NETFLIX a vostra completa disposizione. Nell’armadio della camera da letto troverete anche il ferro da stiro, asse da stiro e piccolo stendino. Inoltre l’appartamento offre una culla da campeggio (su richiesta e a pagamento) per i più piccoli e una doppia postazione di lavoro situate una in camera da letto e una in sala con tavolino con piano rialzabile.
Ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente confortevole e pulito e la casa è completamente a vostra disposizione, sia che siate in viaggio per lavoro, sia che siate di passaggio per visitare la città o per qualsiasi altro motivo che vi abbia portato a Milano. Da noi siete benvenuti!.

Nos ha encantado, sin duda ha sido uno de los puntos más positivos de nuestro viaje de una semana a Milán. Lo primero a destacar es la calidad humana de los propietarios, espectacular, siempre disponibles, detallistas y preocupados porque no tengas ningún problema. Gracias Rosaria y esposo, nos ha encantado todo. Después de hacer la reserva Rosaria contacta contigo unos días antes del viaje para que sepas cómo entrar al apartamento y algunos detalles más. El apartamento está muy cuidado, la cama es grande, el baño es adecuado y el salón cocina también, muy cómodo. Hay aire acondicionado, Netflix hay todo lo que necesitas en la cocina si necesitas hacerte de comer, etc... La cama es cómoda y es silencioso, se descansa bien. La ubicación es alejada del centro pero excelentemente comunicada por tranvía y autobús. Nosotros usamos el tranvía, es muy fácil, bajas una app y compras los billetes a través de ella. El tranvía que para delante del apartamento te lleva a escasos metros de il duomo. Aunque tengas coche alquilado no lo vas a poder usar para ir al centro por la ZTL así que es una buena solución. Ojo porque en Milán la ZTL es toda la ciudad y el apartamento está en la zona b con lo que si alquilas coche debes pedir que sea válido para esa zona (un híbrido vale). Cerca del apartamento hay sitios para cenar o comer. Podría escribir mucho más pero lo importante es que el apartamento está genial, si vuelvo a Milán me quedaré aquí sin duda. Splendido appartamento, tutto coccolo e in domotica, completo di tutto, ottimo sia per singoli, coppie e famiglie. Dispone anche di una cucina. Proprietari gentilissimi, per mie necessità son dovuto passare prima dell orario stabilito, le 15.00, per lasciare le valigie ed ho potuto constatare l'estrema diligenza nell'igienizzare la struttura. Situato poco distante dal centro e dai navigli, l'appartamento si affaccia su una corte interna, sembra di non essere a Milano per la tranquillità del posto. Uscendo dallo stabile si ha subito la possibilità di prendere i mezzi. Pieno di attività in zona. Il locatore offre anche una favolosa connessione internet in fibra da 300 mb.. Gratuita! You can park freely on the main road and adjacent streets. Все чисто, комфортно, в апартаментах все продумано до деталей, все необхідне є в наявності. Апартаменти дуже затишні. Ідеально розташовані, навколо є затишні кав'ярня і джелатейра. Під будинком розташована зупинка трамваю, який їде у старе місто, ви легко можете дістатися без авто. Авто можна заперечувати біля будинку на міській парковці. Власники дуже доброзичливі і уважні, допоможуть за любим питанням. Рекомендую ці апартаменти для сімейного відпочинку

Zo was er een erge overstroming geweest van de straten na veel regenval en nam ze meermaals contact op om te checken of we oké waren en of ze iets kon doen. Super gastvrij 10/10!
